Amidst a distinctive enthusiastic atmosphere…more than three thousand Ain Shams University students are watching the final match of the World Cup

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University students watched the final match between Argentina and France in the 2022 World Cup final, for the first time on the large stadium in University City for students.

Where the University Cities Sector, in coordination with the Family for Central Egypt, hosted this sports celebration, which was organized and supervised by Mr. Ibrahim Saeed, Director General of the Office of the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the General Supervisor of the University Cities Sector at Ain Shams University. Preparation for this event, which is held for the first time at the University City Stadium, continued for three days, with the participation of 50 of the preparation team in the sector.

Amidst an atmosphere enveloped in the spirit of excitement and enthusiasm over the floodlights, more than 3,000 male and female students watched this match via a large screen in an atmosphere of fun, excitement, and a spirit of intimacy among the students. The match ended with the victory of the Argentine national team and its crowning as a world football champion.

This came in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hatem Rabih, pioneer of the Family for Central Egypt, Mr. Ibrahim Saeed, Director General of the Office of the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and the General Supervisor of the University Dormitories Sector, and Mr. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the university, Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Director of the Sports Activity Department, Mr. Yahya Hassan, Director of the Families Department at the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and students Mohamed Reda, President of the Ain Shams University Student Union, and student Maryam Mustafa, Vice President of the Union.

The students praised the readiness of the stadiums and expressed their enjoyment of the public site, which witnessed huge developments at the highest level, expressing their appreciation for the efforts and support of the university administration in providing all means encouraging the practice of various activities, including sports.
