December 3, 2022 .... International Day for People with Special Needs

The Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector headed by Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President for Sector Affairs, and Prof. Gehan Ragab, Advisor to the Vice President for Sector Affairs and supervision of Mr. Suhail Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, congratulated people with special needs on the occasion of the International Day for People with Special Needs, corresponding to December 3.

The world celebrates this day in recognition of the equal rights of people of determination, their right to live with respect, dignity and independence, and their right to equal opportunities to achieve success.

This day aims to increase understanding of disability issues and support designs that are friendly to all in order to guarantee the rights of persons with disabilities. This day also calls for raising awareness of the inclusion of people with disabilities in political, economic and cultural life.
