A workshop at the Network Center at Ain Shams University to explain the electronic system for uploading advertising materials on screens on the campus

Within the framework of the ongoing development on the campus of Ain Shams University and the pursuit of digital transformation in daily transactions between the various departments of the university, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, the Network and Information Technology Center organized a workshop to explain how The work of the electronic system that was developed to send advertising materials to be uploaded to the screens on the university campus, during which Dr. Islam Hegazy, Executive Director of the Center, gave a lecture, in the presence of a number of representatives of faculties and departments.

Dr. Islam Hegazy explained that to upload advertising content on the screens first, the information network is entered on the Internet, and then (technical support) is selected, and the system is accessed through the (official email) designated for the entity, and through the list of adding content, the user can upload the materials to be Advertise it as an image or video content.

Dr. Islam Hegazy added that the system allows choosing the time period for the advertisement and the location of the screens on which it will be displayed, noting the need to send the content a sufficient period of time before publication so that it is reviewed and published by the officials.
