The Community Service Sector at Ain Shams University organizes a stress management seminar

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, under the supervision of Mr. Suhail Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the sector organized a workshop entitled “Stress Management for Workers in the Education Directorate in Cairo.” The workshop was held at the headquarters of the Directorate of Education in Cairo and was attended by Prof. Dr. Rasha Adel Abdel Aziz, Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology, Faculty of Girls, attended by 35 psychologists and social workers.

The workshop dealt with a number of themes, including the concept of mental health, the definition of psychological stress, its types and sources, strategies for dealing with stress, and staying away from gossip.

The workshop was held under the supervision of a group of employees in the Planning Department in the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at Ain Shams University.

The workshop comes within the framework of a series of seminars and awareness campaigns organized by the sector at Ain Shams University to activate the university's service and societal role.
