Supporting the global goals for sustainable development...a competition for innovation and entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Agriculture

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Galal, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University announces the innovation and entrepreneurship competition in its second year in a row, entitled “Supporting the Global Goals for Sustainable Development”

The award is submitted as a team of 2: 4 people, and support for these innovative ideas or projects will be provided through entrepreneurship training workshops.

Conditions for joining the competition:

The team shall consist of 2:4 persons.

Presenting an innovative idea that can be produced.

Commitment to the announced dates for the stages of the competition.

Submitting a form showing the economic return of the innovative project or innovative idea.

Submitting a model showing the problem that the project or innovative idea solves and its impact on the Egyptian society and economy.

Clarify the perception of how to market the project or the innovative idea submitted for it.

Competition schedule:

Announcing the competition December 16, 2021

The deadline for submitting a team and idea is January 30, 2022

Announcing the list of accepted ideas for the competition, February 1, 2022.

Announcement of results and awarding of prizes Thursday February 25, 2021.

Valuable cash prizes are granted to the winners, with the possibility of participating in the “Ain Shams Innovates” competition, which is held for the second year in a row, whether participating in the ideas track or the start-ups track.
