Fruitful cooperation between Ain Shams University and El-Araby Foundation

Within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, to extend bridges of constructive cooperation with major industrial and economic institutions, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, a high-level delegation from the El-Araby Foundation headed by Eng. Medhat Mahmoud Al-Arabi, Deputy CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of Al-Arabi Group, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Maged Ghonima, Director of the University's Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Ibrahim Saeed, the general supervisor of the university cities sector, and Prof. Mahmoud Zuhair, Director of External Relations and Media at El-Araby Group of Companies.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saoud El-Araby praised the Foundation's efforts to support and cooperate with Ain Shams University, as El-Araby Group contributed to the development and maintenance of various electrical devices in university cities and raising their efficiency, thus contributing to the continuation of the quality of services provided to students residing in university cities.

Eng. Medhat Al-Arabi also followed a presentation on the activities of the University's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center and promised to discuss ways of cooperating with the university and the center in this context with the aim of supporting students' ideas and projects and linking them to the labor market, as well as cooperation with the aim of supporting the ideas of students, researchers and faculty members of innovators to create innovative ideas that contribute The possibility of opening an office for Al-Arabi Group inside the University's Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to facilitate communication and exchange of visions and ideas between the two sides, in addition to discussing job opportunities for students as well as adopting innovative entrepreneurs from university students and graduates through the investment arm of El-Araby Group.

On the other hand, Eng. Medhat Al-Arabi praised the Ain Shams University Alumni Association and promised to discuss the possibility of offering a discount card to subscribers in the association on all El-Araby Group products, and the plan for completing maintenance work in university cities was discussed.

During the meeting, Eng. Medhat El-Araby participated in one of the workshops held within the activities of the ninth scientific conference of the university, through video conference technology.

The meeting was followed by honoring Prof. Abdel Fattah Saud to Eng. Medhat El-Araby, who gave him the shield of the education sector and students and the university medal; In appreciation of the role of El-Araby Group in cooperating with the university, he also presented him with a copy of the Saffron Palace book, which documents the history of the ancient palace and which was and still is a witness to great events as it is the headquarters of the ancient university administration.
