Ain Shams University five-a-side football team wins third place in the Arab Championship at South Valley University

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University's five-foot team participated in the "Arab Five-Football Championship", which was held at South Valley University from 2:8 of this December.

The Ain Shams University team won third place and the bronze medal.

It is noteworthy that 18 teams from Arab and Egyptian universities participated in the tournament, including Banha, Umm Al-Qura University, the Islamic University, Daria University, Ain Shams University, Helwan University, Alexandria University, Menoufia University, Sadat University, Assiut University, Heliopolis University, South Valley University and Nile University.

The participation of the Ain Shams University five-a-side football team comes under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Student Activities for Education and Student Affairs, Mrs. Reham Muhammad Al-Atifi, who is in charge of the university’s assistant secretary for education and student affairs, Mr. Mohamed Sharkawy, Acting Director General of Youth Welfare, Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Director of the Sports Activity Department, Captain.
