Within the framework of the cultural season of the Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, and under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof.Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and headed by Prof. Amira Ahmed Youssef, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Heba With the blessings of the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Department of Philosophy, headed by Prof Manal Rifai, organized; In cooperation with the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University; An educational symposium entitled: "Etiquette in the Work Environment" by Dr. Neven Farouk, Human Development Trainer, in the presence and presentation of Prof. Dr. Siham Al-Nuwaihi - Professor of Logic and Philosophy of Science at the Faculty of Girls - Ain Shams University.

The seminar focused on defining the skills and rules of professional etiquette necessary to achieve success in the work environment. Etiquette is the etiquette or method that controls the behavior of an individual within society. Knowing basic functional etiquette skills at work is an important tool in promoting work ethics and building the relationships that an individual needs to be successful in his career. The seminar presented a number of live practices and interactive applications. between the symposium lecture and the attendees; With the aim of enhancing and refining functional etiquette skills, and applying protocol rules in the field of work, which is a necessary skill in gaining the respect of co-workers and moving forward in life.

The symposium was attended by members of the faculty of the department, the supporting staff, as well as postgraduate students in the department, and some distinguished professors from other departments of the college, in addition to a number of female students of the department and different departments of the college.
