Prof. Dr. Shadia Ali Fouad Kenawy, former ambassador of Egypt to UNESCO, and Emeritus Professor at the Department of Sociology - Faculty of Arts, recipient of the Ain Shams Appreciation Award in the field of social sciences 2017.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Mohamed Omar, Emeritus Professor, Department of Educational Psychology - Faculty of Education, winner of the Ain Shams Appreciation Award in the field of educational sciences 2017.
