Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Executive Director of Ain Shams University Hospitals, assigned a medical team from the chest department to respond to inquiries from professors and university workers throughout the week from nine in the morning until six in the evening, on a daily basis, this came in a letter directed by Dr. Saleh to the university president, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini.

The letter indicated that the physicians assigned are Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Hamid, and he undertakes the process of answering inquiries during Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, phone number 01050136016, and Dr. Noha Othman, and handles the process of answering inquiries during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, phone number 01050136046, and on Friday it is interchangeably Between them.
