Within the framework of the pioneering role of Ain Shams University in supporting all state institutions and companies in implementing national projects, the Financial Consulting and Auditing Center at Ain Shams University approved the economic feasibility study of the national project in North Sinai to produce sodium carbonate (soda ash).
Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University, met with members of the Board of Directors of Ard Al-Fayrouz Mining and Project Management Company on the occasion of approving the feasibility study for the national project, coordinating a cooperation protocol contract with the university to benefit from the university’s advisory services, and providing training scholarships and job opportunities for the top graduates from the company.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Selim, Director of the University’s Financial Consulting and Auditing Center, Dr. Yasser Megahed, Director of the University’s Engineering Consulting Center, and Dr. Nasr Eid, Advisor to the Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
The meeting was also attended by Brigadier General Engineer Mohamed Hussein Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ard Al-Fayrouz Mining and Project Management Company, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Mammar Company for Development and Project Management, Major General Staff Officer. Kamal Al-Din Hussein, Director of the Department of Military Engineers, former Vice Chairman of the Engineering Authority, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Arish Cement Company, Mr. Major General Zaghloul Al-Saeed Risha, Vice Chairman of the Financial Affairs Authority and former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Arish Cement Company.
