The Dean of the Facuty of Arts honors the journalist Osama Mounir, singer Ahmed Hamada, and content creator Ahmed Ibrahim

The Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University, represented by the Youth Welfare Department and the “Social Colors” student family, hosted the great media figure Osama Mounir as part of the reception activities for old and new students as part of the artistic and entertainment activities that the student families compete to organize, under the patronage of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University and Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs.

Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty, honored him by presenting him with the Family Shield, in the presence of Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim, Vice Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Mustafa Mortada, former dean of the faculty, in a crowd of students.

For his part, journalist Osama Mounir expressed his great happiness, as this honor is closest to his heart because it came from the administration of the college from which he graduated, from the Department of Sociology, from which he derived arts, literature, and the art of life. He also praised the college’s choral team, which collectively sang the national anthem of the Republic of Egypt. Arabic, and a number of patriotic songs, and the students were keen to take a number of souvenir photos with him.

He also called on students to enjoy their university life, which is one of the best years of their lives, while studying, practicing hobbies, artistic and sporting activities, and all the activities provided to them by the college administration through Youth Welfare and the Student Union.

The ceremony was also hosted by YouTuber (content creator) Ahmed Ibrahim, who spoke in support of the youth and guided them about the possibility of being professional content makers and taking advantage of technological progress and social media to achieve profit by providing meaningful content.

As for the singer Ahmed Hamada, he sang a number of maqams, patriotic songs, and a number of light youth songs, amid the applause and encouragement of the audience.

Prof. Hanan Kamel also honored them and presented them with the Social Colors family shield. The ceremony was presented by Mustafa El-Zeini, the founder of the family.
