Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University, witnesses the conclusion of the third phase of the plan for the governance of the administrative body in the central education and student sector at the university

Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, confirmed that Ain Shams University is in the process of completing the implementation of the third phase of the plan for the governance of the administrative body in the education and student sector, whose first phase was launched a year and a half ago, in its first phase, which included defining the job description to serve each employee in the appropriate place of work, then the second phase came to identify the training needs with which each employee can perform his work optimally, followed by the application of the third phase by implementing these training courses to reach the employee to his highest level; Then the fourth stage begins, which is the stage of measuring performance and determining the rewards and annual reports for competence according to the standard performance measurement standards.

This came during the ceremony of handing over the certificates of passing the English language course to the employees of the Central Student Affairs Department at the university, which was hosted by the Faculty of Al-Alsun in the presence of Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Nasser Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

He began his speech, by pointing out that teaching languages, especially English, to employees, was a cornerstone for raising the quality standards of employees' performance of their work according to a professional system, and that teaching languages to employees goes through several stages, the first stage of which has now ended.

He continued his speech, stressing that Ain Shams University is a house of expertise for all disciplines, which allows training all members of the administrative staff of Ain Shams University on everything they need, using the houses of expertise in the faculties, the ASU Career Center, and the Training and Development Center. Pointing out that the governance plan includes four stages through which the skills of the administrative staff at the University's Training and Skills Development Center are refined for the first time for employees.

During his speech, he stressed that the training of employees will not be limited to the training that took place, but there will be other stages of training to raise the administrative level, and after measuring that experience, it will be studied to be circulated to all sectors of the university to reach the best level for Ain Shams University employees.

During her speech, Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, said that Ain Shams University is witnessing an unprecedented boom during the past five years, noting that the university has developed constructions in addition to developing the human system in all its specializations; Where the German University of Leipzig, after its recent visit to the university and examining the electronic exam halls and accredited hours halls at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, which the university created during a difficult period in the world during the spread of the new Corona pandemic, wrote news on its official page praising the great development witnessed by Ain Shams University during the period brief time, it was not witnessed by German universities, and she also thanked Professor Amjad Maher Mikhael Hanna, Assistant Lecturer of Literature in the English Language Department, who is in charge of teaching the course.
