The Adult Education Center concludes the activities of the trainers’ preparation course for faculty staff at the Faculty of Education

Sponsored by Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Community Service and Environmental Development and Acting as President of the University, Prof. Safaa Shehata, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University; The Adult Education Center at the university concluded the activities of the trainers’ preparation course for a distinguished elite of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, which was held from August 8 to August 17, 2023 at the Faculty of Education’s headquarters, in coordination with the Vice Deanship of the Faculty of Education for Community Service and Environmental Development represented by Prof. Aladdin Abdel Halim, Vice Dean of the Faculty, and the Literacy Unit at the Faculty of Education represented by Dr. Suhaib Shehta, Director of the Unit, and under the supervision and implementation of the Adult Education Center at the university, represented by Dr. Islam Al-Saeed, Director of the Center.

This course comes from the pioneering role of Ain Shams University and the Center for Adult Education at the university in preparing cadres of trainers capable of qualifying university students to work in the field of literacy and other fields required by the labor market, and is an important step towards achieving the goals of sustainable development and Egypt's vision 2030.

This course is also an embodiment of the efforts made by the university and the Center for Adult Education in promoting the concept of lifelong learning for all and developing skills.

The training in this course was carried out by; Prof. Ashour Omari, Assistant Professor of Education at Ain Shams University and Director of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center at the Supreme Council of Universities, Dr. Islam Al-Saeed, Director of the Adult Education Center, Ain Shams University, Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed Ali, Director of the Arab Foundation for Educational Consulting and Training, and a trainer accredited by several authorities, Mrs. Samar Saudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boundless for Training and Entrepreneurship, and a trainer accredited by the Center for Adult Education, Ain Shams University, and from several parties.
