The Board of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University honors the president and vice presidents of the university

The board of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences honored Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, where Prof. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences and Chairman of the Council, awarded shields of honor in appreciation and gratitude for their role in leading and managing the university throughout the past period.

In a friendly meeting between Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and the members of the Board of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, Prof. Nagwa Badr stressed the efforts of the University President and the deputies throughout their leadership and management of the university, pointing to the achievements of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences throughout their management of the university.

She confirmed that Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, was the best supporter and mentor and pushed the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences to achieve unprecedented achievements, including the college’s obtaining the Government Excellence Award, as well as the launch of the digital transformat…

The honoring ceremony also included a meeting with Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini with the UMS team, where they expressed their appreciation for the support they had experienced throughout their work in launching the system over a period of three years, and for the ways that His Excellency provided them to overcome all obstacles. For his part, Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini praised their efforts and their responsibility.

During the honoring ceremony, Prof. Nagwa Badr, expressed her great appreciation for the work process over the past four years, led by Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini and his great support to the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, which culminated in laying the foundation stone for a new building for the college, which will be the first to operate fully according to the LEED system for green smart buildings.

She also thanked the vice-presidents of the university for their full and continuous support to the college, stressing that team work was a solid principle of the keenness of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, for applying it from the first day, which had the greatest impact on achieving many achievements.
