Ain Shams University prepares to visit the quality review mid next week

Mr. Karam Hegazi, Assistant Secretary for Graduate Studies and Research, Mr. Suhail Hamza, Assistant University Secretary for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Mr. Mohammed Al Khatib, Assistant Secretary, attended the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Middle East Research Center, for Education and Student Affairs.

Mr. Samir Abdel Nasser discussed the implementation of all the observations of the company team and verified its implementation and implementation on the ground, in continuation of the success of the university in obtaining two certificates in quality are ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 140001: 2015 in the quality of environmental management.

He stressed the need to verify the documentation of all work in the procedures manual with the matching of the objectives of each department to the job description card and strategic objectives of the university. As well as work to simplify and develop and improve all procedures to achieve the highest success rates of service delivery at the best quality and in the fastest time.

He also stressed that Ain Shams University as a service institution, customer satisfaction is a higher goal the university management is keen to maintain, whether the university's internal or external client, and directed the need to guide consumption to reduce waste and apply the foundations of environmental quality management.

He stressed the importance of enhancing the value of cooperation and team spirit for the success of any work system and noted the importance of continuous training to reflect on the performance of the individual and achieve the benefit of the system as a whole.

He thanked the internal quality review team as well as all members of the administrative body for their efforts over the past period to verify the application of quality standards in various work.
