Faculty of Al-Alsun opens the coordination of the wishes of new students

The Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University begin to receive new students enrolled in the faculty for the academic year 2019-2020, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud,Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Acting Dean of the Faculty for a week.

Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad confirmed that she is closely following all procedures and measures taken by the faculty to receive the new batch of students, amid an intensive presence of administrative security personnel and members of the Civil Defense in cooperation with the Students' Union to coordinate the entry of students and direct them to the places allocated for the delivery of files and obtain the wishes paper and fill them according to their desires and degrees.

She pointed out that the student should receive the paperwork from the college, complete the required information in the paper with the help of the student union, and then submit the paper to the Office of Student Affairs with a copy of the nomination card, a copy of the high school diploma, a copy of the birth certificate.

She stressed that if the student submits more than one paper of wishes will be considered void, provided that the results of the internal coordination of the departments within 20 days from the date.
