NO-OREO-SWOT-IDEAL ... A seminar at the Faculty of Pharmacy

In continuation of the faculty's cultural season, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized a symposium entitled "NO-OREO-SWOT-IDEAL", under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Amani Osama Kamel, Dean of the College, and under the supervision of Prof. Rola Milad Labib, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The lecture was delivered by Prof. Nadia Hamdi Al-Hefny, Professor of Biochemistry and Chairman of the Department of Biochemistry in the faculty, during which she dealt with the skills of negotiation, persuasion, effective self-management, problem-solving, decision-making, and how to apply these skills in scientific research.

As urged by Prof. Nadia emphasized the need to change the way of life with some flexibility, rejecting anything that does not suit a person's passion, and working on creativity in work and life, advising the attendees of the need to do a SWOT analysis for each person for himself, his field of work, and his life.
