The winning of Mr. Ayman Massad the seat of the university's representative on the board of directors of the Workers' Improvement Fund by a large margin

This morning, elections were held to choose a representative of Ain Shams University the membership of the Board of Directors of the Fund for Improving the Conditions of Employees in Public Universities other than members of the teaching staff, within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness to improve the conditions of the university employees, and under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, confirmed that all obstacles that could prevent any employee from casting his vote in the elections, were overcome, voting was opened from early morning until four o'clock in the evening, and His Excellency stressed the integrity and transparency in managing the electoral process, which aims to improve the conditions of a large group of the Ain Shams University family, namely the university employees.

His Excellency added during his inspection of the conduct of the electoral process at the headquarters of the two committees that the university had an unprecedented electoral experience and an electoral wedding today, with a large presence of the university employees, stressing the interest in all the details of the elections while providing all means and capabilities for the members of the committee and the voters to achieve a unique experience.

The final result came after counting the correct votes and avoiding the invalid ones. It was proven from the closing minutes of the first general committee, which is based in the "University Dormitory" and the second general committee, which is based in "Ain Shams University Hospitals," that Mr. Ayman Massad Hassan Ali received the highest votes, and thus he is the representative of Ain Shams University Fund for Improving the Conditions of Employees in Egyptian Public Universities.

University's president, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Malek, Director General of Legal Affairs, Mr. Hassan Ezzat Hassan, Director General of Administrative Affairs, Ms. Wafaa Nour El Din Mohamed, Acting Director General of Personnel Affairs, Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Acting Director General of the Office of the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and Supervisor of the General Administration of Cities undergraduate.
