The University Students Union, in cooperation with the Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa in the Sheikhdom of Al-Azhar and the Ministry of Youth, organizes a student meeting entitled "Contemporary Societal Issues"

Under the auspices of Prof. Abdel Fattah Sauod, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness to pay attention to contemporary issues and direct young people towards a better life and reject destructive ideas, and under the slogan "A stable family = a safe society" in its third season in a row at universities and higher institutes, the University Student Union organized Ain Shams, in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports through the Central Administration for Youth Development - General Administration of University Programs and Activities, and the Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa in the Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, held a student meeting, entitled "Contemporary Societal Issues" in the University City of Ain Shams University.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Al-Arabi and Sheikh Dr. Tharwat Abdel-Latif, members of the Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwas in the Grand Sheikhdom of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.

The family and community awareness program deals with several axes, including "belonging and identity promotion, the value of life in Islam, personal freedom and freedom of expression, why God created us, social media usage controls, the value of time, and mechanisms for understanding the religious text."
