The director of the Children's Hospital in Ain Shams University shares the joy of Ramadan with the children of Demerdash by gifting lanterns from the Tahya Misr Fund

Under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Yasmin Gamal, Director General of the Children's Hospital at Ain Shams University Hospitals, conducted an inspection tour of the new Children's Hospital, distributing Ramadan toys and lanterns to children suffering from blood diseases, tumors, and dialysis, provided by the " Tahya Misr" fund, with the aim of raising the morale of children who are patients attending the hospital. Hospital and alleviate their suffering, and spread joy in their midst.

Prof. Yasmin Gamal, confirmed that the Children's Hospital, in addition to its keenness to provide medical services at the highest levels for children who visit it until the stage of recovery, it is also concerned with moral support for patients and alleviating their suffering, under the supervision of Prof. Ali Al-Anwar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Tarek Youssef, Acting Executive Director of Hospitals, Prof. Manal Hamdi Al-Sayed, Head of the Pediatric Department at Al-Demerdash Children's Hospital.

She added that we cannot change the reality that these sick children live in, but we can reduce the burdens on them and the pain they feel. A large number of sick children continue throughout the month of Ramadan in the hospital, seeing only tests, rumors, and a cannula that is always hanging in their small hand, so our idea was to their sense of the joy of Ramadan, like the rest of the children, and the decoration of the hospital, as if they were decorating their homes to receive the month of goodness happily.
