Ain Shams University competes with four candidates from four faculties in the King Faisal International Prize
After closing the candidacy for the King Faisal International Prize 2024, on March 31, 2023, the University Awards Office of the Graduate Studies Sector announced that the university is competing this year with four candidates who have fulfilled all their data for the King Faisal International Prize 2024 on the university’s database for awards in its various fields. And all requirements for candidacy and follow-up with the Awards Office in all procedures and steps, and all forms of technical support were provided to them through the Awards Office.
The participations varied between the different faculties, with one candidate from the Faculty of Medicine, one from the Faculty of Arts, one from the Faculty of Education, and one from the Faculty of Agriculture.
This comes within the encouragement and support given by the university in the field of awards from His Excellency Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, and Prof. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, due to the importance of this field in achieving leadership and excellence for the University.
