Graduate Matthew Maher Shoukry - a graduate of the Biotechnology Program at the Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University, for presenting a successful model in the field of entrepreneurship.

Prof. Abdul Fattah Saoud announced increasing the personal scholarship offered by His Excellency to the first student of the second and fourth year in the biotechnology program at the College of Science, to be three scholarships for the first male or female student from the second, third and fourth year, as a personal encouragement from him and support for the outstanding students

Matthew Maher graduated from the Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University in 2021, to provide a successful model for the pioneers of small projects, where he established Mattech Bioindustries, which provides scientific and industrial engineering consultancy, design and manufacture of equipment and production lines for the biological and chemical industries, which achieved great success in the manufacture of bioreactors, fermenters, fermenter, distillation towers, dry lyophilization devices, steam and oil boilers, steam and oil boilers, etc. All of which are manufactured according to customer requirements and large industrial sizes.

It is worth noting that the beginning of the company's work was in 2019, and the first production line to manufacture ethyl alcohol, and that was before his graduation.

It was announced by Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, the support for the university’s students, the sector’s administration intends to adopt the project to serve research symptoms. This idea is being studied by specialized professors in cooperation with the Innovation and Business Entrepreneurship Center at the university.
