Under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the supervision of Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, the equivalency certificate exams in the two subjects of the Arabic language began on Sunday, March 12, 2023, for students who did not study this subject in high school, as well as the religious education exams for 77 students start tomorrow, and then the equivalency exams in the French language, which are performed by them, will be concluded. 1900, and today 47 male and female students took the exams, according to a statement by Prof. Hanan Kamel.
The Dean of the Faculty added that the faculty is unique in providing this approved service to perform these exams at the level of Ain Shams University.
These students are affiliated with the faculties of medicine and engineering at the university, as well as the Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport, which requires a certificate of equivalency in these two subjects (Arabic language and religious education) for the student’s graduation, if the student has not obtained it in the general secondary certificate, and the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University also requires it as a condition Among the conditions for graduating students of the Arabic and English divisions is obtaining an equivalency certificate in the French language subject, where Kamel added that these exams are available to students twice a year.
