The Spanish Language Department at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, under the auspices of Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, and under the supervision of Prof. Muhammed Al-Saghir, Head of the Spanish Language Department, Prof. Youmna Azmy, Director of the Faculty’s International Cooperation Office, hosted the Egyptian-Spanish businessman Ahmed Taher Al-Amin, known in the media as “Amoda Goili”, one of the most prominent businessmen in the information technology and tourism sectors in Spain, and the founder of Destinia Tourism, Tech Tool Solutions and other leading companies in the sector Tourism technology in Spain, and the symposium was moderated by Professor Marwan Tariq, assistant lecturer in the department and the symposium's preparer.
The seminar dealt with the importance of information technology in the tourism sector, and how to apply the latest artificial intelligence techniques in analyzing information and linking it to the online tourism market.
The guest also talked about the story of his struggle and success since he left a poor Nuba village until he became one of the most influential figures in the tourism and information technology sector in Spain.
The symposium was attended by a large number of students from the Spanish Language Department, with its semester programs and credit hours, in the framework of linking the study of the language to the labor market.
The session was concluded by handing the guest a certificate of appreciation and the shield of the college in appreciation of his efforts and response to the invitation.
