Ain Shams University announces the holding of a course for those wishing to run for the position of dean of a faculty/ institute

Within the framework of the Minister of Higher Education and Academic Research Resolution No. 1396 issued on 4/21/2022 regarding the re-formation of the committees concerned with the nomination of university presidents and deans of faculties and institutes, the organization of their work, the procedures and conditions for candidacy, and the criteria for comparison, and on the fifth paragraph of Article 4 of the same decision, which stipulates “attending The candidate for the training course held in one of the bodies determined by the Supreme Council of Universities to qualify for the job.

Whereas, one of the requirements for holding the position of dean of a faculty /institute at the university is to attend those courses that qualify for that position, which will be announced during this year.

Ain Shams University announced that it is preparing courses for nomination for these positions at the university's training and development center.

The university invited the faculty staff wishing to apply for these courses to bring a recent case statement signed and stamped by the university and a copy of the national ID card, and to submit it to the training and development center at the university to take the necessary action.
