The Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture is the Most Influential Agricultural Personality of 2022

The Egyptian Agriculture Youth League Egypt’s agricultural future, the new republic, the Egyptian House of Agriculture, sustainable development 2030, chose Prof. Ahmed Galal, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, at Ain Shams University, as one of the most influential agricultural figures for the year 2022, due to his many and varied research contributions in the agricultural field, which ultimately serves the purpose of serving Egyptian society.

It is mentioned that Prof. Ahmed Galal, Professor of Poultry Breeding and Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, at Ain Shams University, received the State Encouragement Award in Agricultural Sciences in 2007, and obtained a patent from the United States of America and Japan, in addition to winning the Distinguished Research Award from Ain Shams University in 2003.

His Eminence has also published 110 research papers in many international and local journals. He has also participated in many local and international conferences and has authored 15 scientific books in various fields.

His Excellency held many positions, including Director of the Open Education Center, at Ain Shams University for a period of five years, then Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture for Community Service in 2016, then Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, at Ain Shams University from 2017 until now.

His Excellency also obtained membership in several scientific and technical committees at the Ministry of Agriculture, the Academy of Scientific Research, and the National Research Center. He also participated as an expert in many national projects such as fish farming and land reclamation, in addition to his participation with ISESCO in drawing up a plan for the development of higher education in the Arab world.
