The opening of the seventeenth conference of the Department of Physical Medicine, Rheumatology, and Rehabilitation, at the Faculty of Medicine

The activities of the seventeenth international conference of the Department of Physical Medicine, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, were launched under the auspices and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Anwar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, and Prof. Dr. Hala Sweed, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Amal Al-Ganzouri, Head of the Department of Physical Medicine, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation at Ain Shams Medicine, President of the Conference, and Prof. Dr. Heinaz Farouk, Vice President of the Conference and Prof. Dr. Nevin Fouda, Secretary of the Conference, and Prof. Dr. Iman Tawfiq, rapporteur of the conference, and Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Tayeb and Prof. Dr. Hossam Salah, the chair of the session, in the presence of a group of rheumatologists, and with the participation of speakers from Germany, England, America, Denmark, and Belgium.

On the sidelines of the conference, a workshop was held on January 9 and 10, 2023.

The conference, which lasts for two days, deals with everything new in the field of treatment and diagnosis of rheumatic and osteoporotic diseases and sheds light on modern technologies in the world of rehabilitation in various fields.
