An entertainment party at Children's Hospital, Ain Shams University, for community and psychological support for patients

The Children's Hospital at Ain Shams University Hospitals organized, on Thursday evening, December 29, an entertainment party at the Children's Hospital, in cooperation with students of the Faculty of Medicine in the credit hour system, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Anwar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and President of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Prof. Hala Suwaid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Tariq Youssef, Acting Executive Director of the Hospitals, Prof. Manal Hamdy El Sayed, Head of the Pediatrics Department, and Prof. Yasmine Gamal, Director General of the Children’s Hospital

The ceremony included a variety of cultural and entertainment activities and the distribution of gifts to sick children, with the aim of securing and providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for sick children during their stay in the hospital to raise their spirits and enhance their recovery.

This initiative comes as an extension of what hospitals and the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University are doing in terms of social and psychological support for sick children.
