"The National Directory of Family Planning Services and Integrated Counseling in Family Planning" are Two training courses at the Faculty of Nursing

In line with the state's strategy in facing the population problem and the vision of Ain Shams University and the Faculty of Nursing in supporting and aiding Egyptian women in various aspects, the Faculty of Nursing at Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the World Health Organization, organized two training courses entitled "National Guide to Family Planning Services" and "Integrated Advice in Organizing family”, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sahar Musa, Dean of the Faculty.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Khouly, Consultant of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ain Shams University, and Consultant for Reproductive Health at the World Health Organization gave a lecture in both sessions. The two courses targeted graduates of technical nursing institutes, as the graduates were trained on how to provide advice in family planning clinics and provide integrated health services to Egyptian women through theoretical as well as practical training.
