A workshop on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Faculty of Pharmacy

Sponsored by Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and under the supervision of Prof. Nadia Hamdy, Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Postgraduate Studies, a workshop was organized at the Faculty of Pharmacy on the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the presence of the Vice Deans and Prof. Omaima Al-Dahshan, Director of the Faculty's Innovation Center, and a number of department heads, faculty members, teaching assistants, and postgraduate students at the Faculty.

         
   
         

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Amani Osama, Dean of the Faculty, welcomed Prof. Dr. Mohamed El Behairy, Executive Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project at Ain Shams University, and Dr. Weam Mahmoud, Deputy Executive Director, and Ms. Nora Kempeman, Head of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department, as Coordinator of the "Internationale Program Digital".

During the meeting, Ms. Nora Kempemann lectured on the history of the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Berlin, where the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Ain Shams University partnered with the Center of Entrepreneurship at Technische Universität Berlin through the ISI4 Egypt program to provide market-related activities for researchers and startups.

She explained that the ISI4 Egypt program is the ideal solution for economic growth by focusing on the activities and importance of Industry 4.0 through educational activities for all researchers and startups for a developed future in a joint conference between the two universities at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Building at Ain Shams University on December 10 and 11, 2022.

It was clarified how to register electronically to attend the activities of the conference or the various provided workshops, or to present a poster to present the research product to a faculty member or teaching assistant.
