Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, the College of Archeology congratulates its distinguished professors who joined the committees for examining scientific production to fill the positions of professors and assistant professors, the fourteenth session, of the Supreme Council of Universities, and they are:
- Prof. Dr. Mamdouh El-Damaty, Professor of Ancient Egyptian Antiquities and former Minister of Antiquities, specializing in ancient Egyptian antiquities.
- Prof. Dr. Noha Abdel Aal Salem, Professor of Papyrology and Head of the Department of Greek and Roman Archeology, specialized in Greek papyrology and ancient Greek language and literature.
- Prof. Dr. Hossam Owais Tantawi, Professor of Islamic Archeology, and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, with a specialization in Islamic Arts.
- Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Sayed El-Shouki, Professor of Islamic Archeology and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Archeology for Postgraduate Studies and Research, specializing in Islamic photography.
- Prof. Dr. Abdel Razek Abdel Shafi Al Nagar Professor of Archeology Restoration, specializing in the restoration and maintenance of organic monuments, restoration and heritage sciences.
