The President of Ain Shams University receives a delegation from the American Arizona State University to promote joint cooperation

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, received a delegation from Arizona State University, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Omar El-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the university.

The delegation included the Vice President of Arizona State University and the Director of the Center for Excellence Collaborating with the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University.

The visit aims to enhance cooperation between the two universities in various fields, to be added to the previous cooperation between Ain Shams University represented by the Center of Excellence in Energy at the Faculty of Engineering, and Arizona State University, which brought them together a five-year project sponsored and supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with the aim of improving the capacity of institutions Higher education in Egypt to drive innovation, modernization and competitiveness in the public and private sectors; strengthening government policy to stimulate economic growth; Contributing to solutions to the country's development challenges in the energy sector, as well as establishing partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders from the Egyptian government, including the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and important entities in the energy industry.
