In the first-ever experience in its kind, the scientific journal of the Faculty of Commerce on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank

The Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, carried out a new qualitative leap at the level of the postgraduate and research sector through the publication of the scientific journal of the Faculty of Commerce, "The Scientific Journal of Economics and Trade", on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB). The framework of the ambitious strategic plan pursued by the Faculty of Commerce at Ain Shams University.

Prof. Dr. Hayam Wahbe confirmed that this step comes from the faculty's keenness to help researchers by facilitating the dissemination, exchange and access to scientific research at the local, regional and international levels, which is reflected positively in the global classification of Ain Shams University.

She pointed out that the Scientific Journal of Economics, Commerce issued by the Faculty of Commerce - Ain Shams University is a specialized scientific journal, and a quarterly issued nearly 50 years ago, during which 49 volumes were submitted. This included many scientific researches in the fields of accounting, economics, administration and statistics, Innovation and sustainable development. The scientific journal also provides the publishing service in both Arabic and English. It is also characterized by the speed of arbitration. It is one of the scientific journals that use a selection of specialized professors to arbitrate scientific research. This has reflected positively on the quality and excellence of the published researches in the magazine.

For her part, Dr. Hayam Wahba also confirmed that the publication of the scientific journal of the Faculty of Commerce in accordance with the criteria set by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank would contribute not only to the magazine's receiving the Impact Factor, which reflects the impact of the new research signal on published research In the magazine, but puts the scientific journal of the Faculty on the map of regional and global periodicals that researchers can access from different countries of the world through the site of the scientific journal http://jsec.journals.ekb.eg.
