A workshop entitled “The Joy of One Day… A Psychological Vision”

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, and Prof. Dr. Heba Barakat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, held on Tuesday October 18, a workshop entitled "The Joy of One Day - A Psychological Vision" in cooperation with the Department of Psychology at the Faculty, and presented by Dr. Safaa Abdel-Sattar Idris, the teacher in the department.

The workshop dealt with several axes, the most important of which are the role of psychology in human life, the positive vision of the human being, aspects of self-interest to achieve joy, your own plan for self-management, and the four critical ideas.
