A symposium entitled the epic of October victories, years of achievements between the past and the present, at the Faculty of Environmental Studies and Research

The Faculty of Graduate Studies and Environmental Research organized a symposium entitled "The Epic of October Victories, Years of Achievements between the Past and the Present", under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Noha Samir Donia, Dean of the faculty, attended by Brigadier General Hatem Saber, an expert in combating international terrorism and information warfare, and an advisor on university security affairs, in the presence of faculty staff, teaching assistants, and students of the faculty.

Dr. Noha Donia, Dean of the faculty, offered a salute of honor, pride and appreciation to the souls of our honorable martyrs. Those who crossed the difficulties and sacrificed their pure blood to achieve this great victory, which restored the pride and dignity of the entire Arab nation, in an epic written in the history of the military in letters of light; It calls on the masses of the great people of Egypt to unite and unite around our great army and to do more effort and hard work; May the banner of our beloved Egypt remain high forever on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the glorious October victories.

In his speech, Brigadier General Hatem Saber addressed during the symposium the concept of Egyptian national security and the extent of the people's interdependence with the armed forces, which had the greatest impact on the glorious October victory. Led by Captain Hamdi Shalaby.

Then he talked about the fact that the October victory is the last manifestation of the wars of the first generation, where the enemy is visible and clear, and then what followed that of the seven generations of wars and their images, including the wars of the fourth and fifth generation, which depend on the demolition of states from within through the use of psychological processes, manipulation of minds and obliteration of identity And promoting everything that is immoral to cause a societal collapse from within.

His Excellency also presented examples of falsifying awareness and obliterating facts on social media, and ways and methods of responding to them, and reviewed the efforts of the Egyptian state in combating international terrorism since the start of the confrontation in 2013, and until this year, with directing young people in the best way to deal with falsification of awareness and raising the spirit of the national values ​​of the Egyptian state inspired by the great October 1973 victory.
