Launching "plant a tree" campaign at the Faculty of Girls

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs and the sponsorship of Prof. Dr. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty, the Education and Student Affairs Sector, Prof. Dr. Mai Helmy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and organizing youth welfare by presenting an environment day as part of the reception activities for new students at the college.

A workshop was also presented by Prof. Dr. Wahad Samir, professor of the Higher Institute of Applied Arts and member of the National Council for Women, Cairo branch, by presenting a workshop on waste recycling entitled Scrap Bab Rizk in Pergola. The Environment Day also included a campaign to plant your tree, where the General Authority for Hygiene and Beautification of Cairo donated the 96 Girls College A tree planted by the students of the first year of the college, under the supervision of the Department of Gardens in the college, where the students were distributed to groups, each group planting its tree and following up the irrigation and growth of the tree throughout the period of their studies in the college.
