For the second year in a row, Ain Shams University participates in the celebration of the College of Commanders and Staff on the anniversary of the victory of the Glorious October War

The Ain Shams University choir teams continued their participation in the celebrations of the Egyptian state institutions, the 49th anniversary of the glorious October victories, under the auspices of Ad Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

Where Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud and Major General Staff Ahmed Mahmoud Safi El-Din, Director of the Command and Staff College, Major General Staff War Ashraf Mohamed Faris, Director of Nasser Military Academy, and a group of senior Egyptian and foreign military men, witnessed the celebration organized by the College of Commanders and Staff with the participation of 25 countries from different countries of the world, in honor of in memory of the great victory.

During the ceremony, the Ain Shams University choir team (OAN choir), led by Maestro Mahmoud Saber, presented a variety of the most famous patriotic songs amid great praise and interaction from the audience, which included solo and group singing, including songs "Ya Baladi", "Zay mahea hebaha", "Feha Haga Helwa", "Ibn Masr"", in addition to a variety medley entitled "In the love of Egypt".

The choir team (OAN) included 65 male and female students from the faculties of science, commerce, arts, law, engineering, specific education, and for the first time, the Faculty of Medicine.

The solo singing segments, accompanied by the choir, came for students of determination, namely Amira Ezzat - Faculty of Arts and Abdullah Kamal - Faculty of Arts.

In a paternal dialogue conducted by a. Dr.. Abdel Fattah Saud with the students, His Excellency expressed his pride in their honorable performance in front of the senior men of the Egyptian military establishment and the participating foreign delegations, pointing out that this reflects their full awareness of the value of the homeland, which was evident in their enthusiastic performance, which expresses the spirit of loyalty and belonging that enveloped their voices.

He announced his full support for the OAN choir team, just like the support of the rest of the choirs launched by the university, which gained wide fame. His Excellency decided to give them rewarding rewards in appreciation of their efforts and encouragement for them to continue further training and upgrading the technical level.

For their part, the students thanked his Excellency for his efforts in providing and overcoming all the means that qualify them to come out with a decent appearance by providing technically equipped theaters at the highest level at any time, as well as providing accompanying bands in cooperation with the Institute of Arab Music, along with moral encouragement and material support, and they pledged to His Excellency to continue doing their best. And the tender to raise the name of Egypt and the university in all forums internally and externally.

On his part, Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud said that Ain Shams University is proud to participate annually in the celebration and celebration of the victory achieved by the heroes that restored the homeland pride and dignity, which motivates us to provide more support and care to all talented students of Ain Shams University in various fields to graduate a new generation of educated, aware and confident youth He is able to serve his country.

It is noteworthy that the participation of the (OAN) team in the celebration of the College of Commanders and Staff comes under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs for Student Activities and Mrs. Reham Al-Otifi, Acting Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs, and a. Muhammad Al-Sharkawi, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Mr. Mustafa Essa, Director of the Technical Activity Department, and Mrs. Hend Hamed, head of the theater department.
