Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University, checked on the progress of the educational process for the academic year 2022/2023, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and supervised by Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel-Al, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs.
Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, explained that the faculty administration took a package of measures prior to the start of the new academic year, foremost of which was the completion of the renovation and maintenance process for study halls and laboratories, providing them with modern educational means, ventilation and lighting, and providing all safety and civil defense measures.
Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad explained that the university administration pays great attention to student activities, as strong plans have been prepared in various sports, artistic, social, cultural, families and roving fields to develop the skills and talents of students within the university, because this generates their sense of belonging to the university and the homeland, emphasizing that Ain Shams University's strategy is to graduate a generation of righteous citizens who are able to lead, prove themselves and compete inside and outside Egypt.
About teaching methods and curricula, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, explaining that the university professor is like a father who educates his students, and the teacher introduces them to different sciences, and pointed out the importance of moving away from the method of memorization and memorization and replacing it with interactive methods that develop research and knowledge for the student, which is reflected in the method of questions in exams.
She emphasized that the services and solidarity fund is an inherent right of every student who is unable to pay tuition fees in a dignified manner
