The Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University has prepared for the new academic year, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metieni, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Student Education Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Diaa Zine El Abidin, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Karim Mustafa Al-Batouti, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ramy Maher Ghaly, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abu Khalaf, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research.
Prof. Dr. Karim Mustafa El-Batouty, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, said that the stands, laboratories and clinics were prepared to receive the new year, and electronic gates were activated to facilitate the entry of students, with schedules set for all academic teams and announced through the social media pages of the education and student affairs sector of the college.
He added that the study at the college constitutes the stage of the bachelor's system and the stage of credit hours, where the number of students in the college is approximately 1587, while the number of new students has reached 291, in addition to receiving numbers of international students of all nationalities.
Prof. Dr. Karim Mustafa Al-Batouti referred to the faculty's efforts to welcome students in the new year and welcome them through a reception organized by the Youth Welfare and the Students' Union during the first week to introduce students to all activities, trips and camps, as well as units, whether student support or psychological counseling.
