Ain Shams University hosts "Times Higher Education" workshop

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and the supervision of the International Cooperation Sector headed by Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, represented by the International Classification Office, and in cooperation with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Ministry of Higher Education, the university hosted in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center building a times higher education workshop, where the classification officials in Egyptian universities participated in the workshop.

The workshop dealt with an analytical presentation of the results of the current classification and the new classification mechanism, as well as the new changes that were added in the upcoming classification. Dr. Ahmed Al-Banna, Director of the Classification Office at the university, reviewed the university’s plan to improve its current classification in all fields, and the attendees presented the plans of Egyptian universities to improve their position in the classification.

It is worth noting that the International Classification Office holds a series of workshops on different classifications periodically as part of the university's strategy to raise and improve the university's classification in all fields.
