Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts, follows up on the renovation works at the offices and construction at the Faculty in preparation for the new academic year

Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University, made an inspection tour to follow up the construction works and renovations in the faculty offices in preparation for the new academic year 2022/2023, during which she was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Sheren Mazloum, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, Mrs. Eman Mahmoud, the faculty Secretary, and a number of officials of the administrative apparatus, to follow up the final finishes of the development and renewal work on the ground floor (the offices of the Department of Graduate Studies and Cultural Relations) within the plan of the first phase of the renovations, which also includes the renewal of the classrooms on the first floor, It includes the development of installing wooden panels for the walls, the renewal of lighting means and the provision of air conditioning in the halls, in addition to the renewal of fire extinguishers and civil defense tools, as well as the renewal of toilets and rooms of faculty staff.

Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel said that these renewals come within the framework of developing the infrastructure of the faculty in line with the campaign to develop the university's facilities, which the university has launched since Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, assumed the presidency of the university and this is under the auspices of his Excellency, and these renewals come under the auspices and supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

It also announced that the faculty is being prepared to receive new and old students for the new academic year 2022/2023 with the participation of all sectors and departments of the faculty, in addition to working on preparing the study schedules for the departments and announcing them before the beginning of the academic year in October 2022 in an appropriate period, as well as coordination of departments for new students is underway. Submitting papers and conducting a medical examination, and communication with students and announcement of alerts and application dates through the official page of the faculty.
