The launch of the activities of the 17th International Conference on Psychiatry and the 5th International Conference on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a series of workshops

At the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, the activities of the Seventeenth Annual International Conference on Psychiatry and the Fifth International Conference on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry were launched with a series of workshops discussing all mental illnesses.

The activities of the conference are scheduled to continue over the days of September 13, 14, 15, 2022 under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Osama Mansour, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Okasha, founder of the Psychiatric Center and President of the World Psychiatric Association (2002 - 2005) and Honorary President of the Egyptian Psychiatric Association, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kamel Ismail, Chairman of the Continuing Professional Development Committee (Ain Shams University), Prof. Dr. Maha Sayed, Chairman of the Conference, Head of the Department of Neurology and Psychiatry and Director of the Okasha Psychiatric Center, and Prof. Dr. Tariq Okasha, Secretary General of the Conference.
