The Vice President of the University witnesses the activities of the summit meeting of the Scientific Knowledge Cup for Egyptian Universities

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, witnessed the activities of the Egyptian Universities Scientific Knowledge Cup, which is hosted by Ain Shams University under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, from August 26, 2022 until August 30, 2022, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Taya Abdel Latif, advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for student activities, and Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

22 Egyptian public, private and private universities participate in the competitions, in addition to Ain Shams University, with a total number of 111 students and supervisors, and each team includes two female students and two male students from each university.

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud stressed that all the university’s capabilities are harnessed for the sake of the competition’s success and the comfort and happiness of Egypt’s university students as future leaders, and that the main purpose of the Student and Learning Affairs Sector of student activities is to work on discovering scientific, artistic, and other talents. And work to qualify a student who is a suitable leader in the future and prepare student leaders in a way that guarantees to all these students how to make decisions and solve problems that face every student in his working life, as well as extending friendship bonds with all students from all universities.

The competition is held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Student Activities, Professor Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary of the University, Mr. Muhammad Al-Sharkawi, Director General of Youth Welfare, and Professor Talaat Abdo, Director of the Department of Scientific Activity.

The jury for the competition includes Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Faculty of Education and d. Ahmed Gamal Mustafa, Faculty of Science and d. Walid Khaled Sayed, Faculty of Education.
