The Faculty of Al-Alsun begins the internal coordination for new students

The Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University continues to receive students of the new batch for the academic year 2022/2023 to submit their papers, fill out the desires paper, and complete the internal coordination process in the departments of the Faculty, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

The Faculty witnessed intensive precautionary measures, with the spread of the staff of the security and civil defense departments, as well as the presence of the staff of the Student Affairs Department at their work sites, in cooperation with the students of the Union, to facilitate the process of receiving new students and providing them with all aspects of care to help them finish submitting the required papers, and it continues The process of submitting papers from today and for a week except Friday and Saturday from nine to two in the afternoon, and the Faculty administration has also allocated a hall to wait for students and fill out their papers in accordance with the rules of social distancing and precautionary measures to preserve the safety of students and their escorts.

   
   

Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, said that the students who received the nomination letter from the Coordination Office to join the Faculty must go to the Faculty to complete their admission procedures to the Faculty and submit their papers and desires for internal coordination to the departments of the Faculty.

And she stressed the need to take the necessary measures for the repercussions of the emerging corona virus, as social distancing will be adhered to, as well as the need for the student to wear a mask and not have more than one escort with the student.

Regarding the application steps, she indicated that students must receive the wishes paper from the Faculty, complete the required data in the paper with the help of the Student Union, and then hand the paper to the Student Affairs Office with a copy of the nomination card, a copy of the high school certificate, and a copy of the birth certificate, and she stressed that in the event that the student submits more than one wish sheet, it will be considered void.
