Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Students inspects the courses of Kayan Center at the Faculty of Specific Education

In the interest of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs to support and encourage young talents, inspected the classes of Kayan Training Center in the fields of music playing and singing, in the presence of Prof. Osama El-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education and Prof. Dr. Walaa Anis, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Marwa Amr Abdel Moneim and d. Ahmed Abdel Rahman, the supervisors of the training courses at the Kayan Center, which are witnessing an unprecedented turnout from different age groups, as well as the participation of talented people of determination.

During his inspection tour, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud listened to the opinions of the trainees about the training courses for Kayan Center, who expressed their great benefit from them, especially that they are carried out by a group of specialists in the Department of Music Education at the Faculty of Specific Education at Ain Shams University and other faculties of music education in cooperation with some professors from the largest musical institutes at the level of the Republic.

The trainees also confirmed that there is a remarkable development in their technical level, especially since the training is not limited to practical practice by playing instruments only, but also includes studying the Trinity College London curriculum, which helps greatly in refining their artistic talent to reach the level of professionalism.

In his conversation with the trainees, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud said that the education and students sector provided all aspects of support to Kayan Center, which was carried out within the framework of the initiative launched by the Education and Student Sector to revive the Center for Quality Services at the Faculty of Specific Education under the name “Kayan”; With the aim of discovering artistic talents in music and playing and encouraging young people and people of determination to practice art with scientific bases at the highest level.

He appreciated the great support of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University for all the advanced ideas that advance the students’ artistic and cultural level, and his great confidence in the performance of the university’s faculties and sectors, especially since Ain Shams University spares no effort in spreading culture and fine art and raising awareness, sense and high artistic taste for all members of society throughout the Republic.

Kayan Center courses witnessed an unprecedented turnout of people of all ages and people of determination for training on musical instruments (piano, violin, qanun, guitar, oud, drums, drums, flute, recorder, accordion, mandolin and xylophone).
