Dr. Mohamed Awad Tag El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs, said that the Medical City at Ain Shams University is a "joyful achievement ", stressing at the same time that the Nasser Institute provides health care, provides outstanding results, and heart operations have global results, in addition to all types of surgeries.
Tag El-Din added, in a telephone interview to the Good Morning Egypt program, on Channel One and the Egyptian satellite channel, presented by Mohamed El-Shazly and Basant El-Husseini: “What is happening at the Nasser Institute is more development, more absorption, and modern interventions are taking place in Egypt by providing capabilities from the state, both from the Ministry of Health or university institutions or health insurance, then the Egyptian human experience in this field, and all types of surgeries, with all their progress in any developed country in the world, are performed in Egypt.
The Adviser to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs continued: "I commend President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's decision to establish Ain Shams Medical City affiliated with Ain Shams University, and its location in Abbasiya, where it is completed at a tremendous speed, whether on the structural, equipment and human part, and all of this heralds a wonderful system for health care and its progress."
