Ain Shams University organizes a workshop for faculty staff in the faculties of Dentistry in cooperation with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank

The Education Development Department at Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University, organized a workshop for faculty staff of the dental faculties of a number of public and private universities, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Tariq Salah El-Din, Chairman of the Dental Sector Committee at the Supreme Council of Universities, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Aal, Executive Director of the Education Development Department at the university, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Diaa, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Karim El-Batouty, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, Mrs. Ola Lawrence, Advisor to the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, and Dr. Sally Kamal, Head of Curriculum Development Department for Education Development Department.

Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Aal, Executive Director of the Education Development Department at Ain Shams University, explained that the workshop comes within the Excellence in Dental Education Program, which aims to raise the efficiency of faculty members in the field of dental education and learning and provide them with the professional competencies necessary to achieve excellence in dental education.

She added that the workshop will continue for 3 consecutive days (4-5-6 July) at the headquarters of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Ain Shams University iHub inside the university city, and it will be lectured by professors specialized in the field of dental education from British and Italian universities, in the presence of 60 members of the staff Teaching from dental faculties from more than 10 Egyptian public and private universities.
