The Conference of the Department of Diagnostic, Interventional and Partial Imaging at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, under the slogan "An Eye on the Future" came out with a set of important recommendations, including the need to pay attention and focus on scientific research and encourage all radiology department physicians to attend and participate in conferences to raise the level of performance for doctors and provide a better medical service to patients.
The conference also recommended supporting teaching, training and scientific theses to graduate physicians specialized in the fields of radiology to serve hospital patients at Ain Shams University, and to devote what was done in this conference of inviting radiologists from other universities and the participation of physicians who treat different departments of the university, as happened with the participation of doctors from Departments of pediatrics, surgery, orthopedics, urology and oncology, and work to increase it in the upcoming conferences, God willing, to exchange information and to inform the treating physicians of every progress that occurs in the fields of radiology so that it can be used in treating patients who visit hospitals in different departments.
It is noteworthy that the conference was held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Omar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors, and Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Anwar, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and the annual scientific conference, headed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abu Al-Huda, Professor of Diagnostic Radiology and President of the Conference, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Sahar El-Feki, Head of the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Partial Imaging, Faculty of Medicine, and Prof. Dr. Gamal Niazi, Professor of Interventional Radiology and Conference Secretary, with the participation of a group of faculty members and doctors in the specialty.
