Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University, announced the completion of the preparation and activation of the exams for the end of the second semester with the Qorrect electronic examination system in the subjects of listening and human rights at the level of the 15 language departments, for 2,600 students, in the college’s three electronic exam halls, which are equipped with the latest equipment The computer connected to the Internet, which accommodates 750 students over four days, starting from Monday, May 23 to Thursday, May 26, and this step is the first of its kind.
Where the Faculty of Al-Alsun represented by the Unit of Measurement and Evaluation in cooperation with the Information Technology Unit of the College under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Mtini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Aal, Director of the Education Development Department at the university, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel-Al, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, activates the electronic examination system with a 100% success rate.
She explained that in the beginning, the students of the departments of French, Korean, Oriental, Swahili, Czech, Japanese and Hebrew performed the listening material by listening to an audio clip through the audio system of the halls, and answering the questions shown on the computer screens in front of them, then the students of the first year, who numbered more than 2,600 Students in all departments of the college are divided into five periods to perform the human rights subject by answering a number of multiple-choice questions, which demonstrated the readiness and readiness of students to perform electronic exams, after a series of continuous training for faculty members and students on the Qorrect system.
She stressed that this step comes within the framework of the college administration's continuous and relentless pursuit towards activating electronic tests, proving their effectiveness in the process of measurement and evaluation for students, extracting results immediately after the exam, and preparing various reports about them, including all details such as recording the number of attendance and absence, and the percentage of success and failure without The professor of the subject intervened, with a 100% correct rate, which achieves the quality of the educational process.
